I’m at my wit's end with Concentrix calling 10+ times a day
It started with one or two calls a week, but now it’s every single day — sometimes before 8 AM and as late as 10 PM. Concentrix keeps leaving voicemails threatening to "escalate" and "notify my employer," and they’ve already called my mom about the debt. I feel embarrassed and anxious every time my phone rings.
I finally looked into whether this is even legal, and apparently, a lot of what they’re doing might violate federal law — calling outside allowed hours, talking to family members, refusing to send written validation of the debt. Has anyone here actually gotten them to back off? Did a cease and desist letter work, or did you have to hire a lawyer? I just want my phone to stop ringing.
